Only 10 offers per day?

do you also have a limit of 10 offers per day? the offer that we sent to buyer requests…

Yes i think that limit applies to everyone. However this is not always the best way to attract potential buyers; when people ask for a service they probably get well over 50 offers and obviously they can only select one of these many gigs to buy! Instead i would spend a lot of time preparing your gig pages in order to attract as many potential customers as possible 🙂
