Not getting Top Rated Badge.

Is there anyone, who is facing the same issue?

I have fulfilled all the requirements. But I'm not getting Top Rated badge. Already two evaluation has passed. But still I'm not getting the badge.

Top Rated Seller (TRS) is actually manually hand-picked by Fiverr. If you have completed the requirements to become a TRS then it does not mean that you will become TRS right away. Apart from those requirements, other parameters are also being considered such as Buyer Satisfaction Rate, Performance Scores etc. 

So I will encourage you to not focus on it. Focus more on getting orders and completing them, deliver quality services etc. You will become a TRS if you meet the other criteria or you might not become a TRS.
