Order cancellation affected my order completion rate.

Me and the buyer had some issue but we resolved the issue by communication ,meanwhile fiverr support just cancelled our order now my gig ranking order completion rate just got down which will effect my level 1 badge. Can anyone guide me through this?

Well, in this case there is no chance to improve your order completion rate talking to fiverr. All you can do is manage more orders anyhow and deliver them on time. If you cannot pull your rate up to 90% within 15th of next month, you will lose the level for sure. But no worries, the effect will be removed automatically with in 60 days if you can't oull it up.

It doesn't seem you solved it, what it seems is the buyer went to customer support and asked for a refund.
