Hi

I got an order to design the double-sided flyers for the buyer within the 48 hours. I designed the flyers, buyer liked my work but he asked for minor revisions, i did the revision. He requested revisions again to change that minor element, i delivered and then he went offline. After 30-40 days he cam he came back and said to cancel the order. I told him i have done the work which was mentioned in my gig description. But he didn't responded me back,  I also contacted CS to handle the situation. They assisted me. Now Buyer responded back after 87 days and asked for a new brochure design.  He is asking for extra work. Stating that the project was a rush and you didn't completed on time. Should i do the extra work and complete the order but there is no certainty that buyer will give ma good review. Should i go with the order cancellation?

If they say for extra work or extra revisions that weren't included in your services, you will directly ask for money for the extra work. No one will spend extra hours without any benefits even your buyers too.

NOTE: Your buyer doesn't need the design that's why s/he come a month later but you spend the hours and so you deserve your payment make a complain on Fiverr customer support center hope you will get your money. Thank you

I contacted customer support. But it was not fruitful, buyer is still insisting me to make a refund. CS agent told me to make a cancellation offer or tell buyer that you did the job, if he is convinced to mark your order complete. And send him a new extra offer for the extra work he is demanding, do not do free work. I think there no other option except moving on. I sent cancellation offer because I'm not sure this buyer will give a positive review after all this.

Nope not at all, don't do anything like that. Block him and report this to the Customer Support Center.
