Client asked for a consultation call for 5$ but now doesn't wants to pay. What should I do?

Hello everyone, A buyer messaged me and wanted listing promotion services for their Amazon listings. He said he wants a consultation call before placing the order and asked me for zoom link. I was new seller so I said i can only do video call on order page so He said send me a 5$ order. After placing the order we had a call and he was trying to get the exact solution in the call but I provided an overview of the work that can be done. and he was satisfied.

Now he is not accepting delivery for that 5$ order and said he won't pay for the order. I am not greedy for the 5$ but what should I do in this situation to get out without order cancellation as I am new seller and it will really affect my account stats.
