Do not try to use any type of content from your previous account. As you are creating a new account, develop everything from the very beginning. It should be a fresh and unique account.

Question for you: Did you take a permission from Fiverr to create your second account? If not, then you are violating TOS again!

No, you cannot reuse images from a previously deactivated Fiverr account. Create new, unique images to avoid any issues and provide a fresh start.

  Now I want to add my father's payoneer bank account for money transfer.

  Now I want to know, even though I have my own account, can I use or add my father's bank account?  If I add my father's bank account to my own Fiverr account, will there be any effect or problem on my Fiverr account?

I have been transferring money through Payoneer from Fiverr as before. But today there is a problem with transferring money from Fiverr to Payoneer.

Looks like your payoneer had been disconnected somehow?? Try clicking on "manage payout methods" and reconnecting payoneer. (also make sure to login to your payoneer and see if there's anything going on there.)

Note: I have two computers and Two different Fiverr accounts. Me and my sister account. And One wifi IP.  My question is, Can We use two Fiverr account in one Wifi IP?  address

The TOS states that "one person can run only one account". It doesn't restrict your ability to use multiple accounts on the same Wi-Fi connection or IP address. But I recommend contacting customer support and proceeding only after receiving confirmation.

Main point: I hope you and your sister are selling in different categories because selling in the same category within the same household is against the TOS.
