Contact them then (Payoneer Support Team) and discuss with them. No one in the Forum can help you with it.

May be your account was not verified or some illegal activity was done via your account so it got blocked.

I have already contacted them. But they didn't do anything.

Can you go on Payoneer Live support or simply call them directly?

Try Payoneer Live support. It's great. They have a specific time for that. But you can get your question answered immediately. I had an issue with my bank account and the normal message support took 4days to reply.
