My friend's account got suspended

My friend's account (seller 2) got suspended. She doesn't tell me why, says she doesn't know. Is there a chance she can get her account back in less than 90 days? Also, is more likely for a suspended account to be restored or permanently disabled?

If there were 3 warnings, then the account is done, at least most of the time. If it was a mistake from Fiverr, they do check again and sometimes the accounts get restored. However, the chances of it being a mistake are very low. So more often than not, these decisions are final..

Your friends have to check her email. Because Fiverr sent the reason definitely her fault there.

Fiverr is a market place that we mast always keep in mind. Fiverr does not suspend any one's account without reason.
