What if buyer has rated me and i will not rate him back to check the results. Is it compulsory to rate the order?

No its not compulsory. But it will show your curtesy.

If buyer has given you a review and you don't respond to that, then after 10 days, it will be automatically appeared on your profile.

For what? Kindly read the question again and carefully too.

As answered above - Its your choice if you want rate buyer. If you do not rate the buyer his / her review will appear after 10 days 

I see no reason not to rate buyer based on your own experience

No..it is not mandatory. But through this method you can make a strong bondage with your client. It will be helpful for both of you.
