You should take the first hosting server from any good provider with good resources, configure any good web hosting control panel and create accounts their and create websites, etc.

If you want to sell your hosting to other customer then you have get any reseller hosting. I would suggest you get those config minimum to start your hosting business & gain some profit

• Litespeed or NGINX Server
• Pure NVME (preferred) or SSD
• Min. 20-50 GB Disk Space
• Unmetered Bandwidth
• 2GB Memory (RAM) per CPANEL
• Min. Let's Encrypt SSL for all CPANEL's
• Daily Backup preferred
• 24x7 Support via Phone or Email

Hosting provide will provide you WHM access and you may need to use any billing application like WHMCS & Blasta. I could suggest you some better reseller but I think without asking some better provider from forum post author it will go against Forum rules.

1- learn a bit about whm, cpanel , Name servers etc

2- Buy reseller

3- install wordpress, make hosting site Or hire someone for it.

4- install WHMCS.

5- Start selling.

 

above are high level points, you have to do more research a bit and get started.

It's possible that's we install/setup own physical server in our room/house/office? What's the cheapest way if we can't wants to depending on other companies?

Instead of starting your own hosting business and inviting all the headaches associated with it, refer clients to popular hosting providers that provide recurring lifetime commissions (do a Google search 😀)

It will be more expensive then buying an reseller account. So start with a reseller account.
