If you are new you need more orders then get level then you can create more gig.

correct, the new sellers can only have 7 gig, you can read more from Fiverr sellers levels: https://www.fiverr.com/levels

all new sellers can only seven gigs

You can delete one of the previous gigs, and then you may able to create a new one, 😜

level one seller: 10gigs

level two seller:  20gigs

top rated seller: 30gigs

A new Fiverr seller account can give a maximum of 7 gigs and not more than that. when you get the level one batch then you can publish 10 gigs and when you level 2 seller,you can publish 20 gigs
