Which keywords should I take from seller plus keyword research tab?

Hello Experts,

I took the seller plus membership many days before. I am trying to learn how to pick the best keywords from the Keyword research tab. I have a few questions which will be helpful for the others as well. 

1. Should I take the highly competitive keywords or the low competitive ones? 
2. What other things should I need to pay attention from the keyword research tab?
3. Finally, how can I apply them to my existing gigs?

You can choose low competition, and it can help rank your gig. If you have lots of reviews you can try high-competition keywords.
