Hello,

I see this topic is not new, but I couldn't find final answer. Question is whether I buy a gig that's not described as "commercial use" optional nor it has commercial use option, do I get all rights to this work including commercial/business one ?

Yes. You do. If the seller hasn't mentioned anything about “commercial rights” in their description or FAQs and doesn't have any “commercial rights” extras listed on the gig page, that means they've already included them in their price.

@rahulkajla1is correct! Here is what Fiverr says about it so you have a source for it as well;

• When purchasing a Gig, Buyers are granted all rights for the delivered work, unless otherwise specified by the Seller on their Gig page. Note: some Gigs charge additional payments (through Gig Extras) for Commercial Use License. See our “Ownership” and “Commercial Use License” sections below for more information.
