After Delivering the Project, Client gets blurry project though it is clear on my device.

My recent two order was about the YouTube thumbnail design. After the project completion, when I delivered the thumbnail design to the client. The client told me that the thumbnails were blurred in the message box. Then I revised it twice though the revised one also got blurred.

What is the solution for this problem? Does anybody have some idea about it?

You can request the client to view the files by using any other device. They can download the thumbnails on their laptop and view them. If the error still persists, you can rework on it.

I think your delivered system in not properly. You Should be use Google Doc

Have you tried to send it via Zip Folder?

May i know what is the Youtube thumbnail dimension you use?

1280×720p and 32bits

Your thumbnail dimension are correct.

I think you need explain it to your Buyer than Youtube Recommendation Thumbnail size are 1280x720px.

(Sometimes Buyer didn't understand this, and they demand bigger resolution)
