Promoted Gig

Hi Fiverr Community I hope that you are fine. Can someone helps me out in promoted gig feature!!

The 2 Gigs of my accounts have more then 20 reviews with above then 4.7 rating but I have not yet got the promoted gig feature although I waited for 4 months . I also have contacted Fiverr support but they just reply that quality metrics are not satisfied but they don't tell me that what quality metrics are not satisfied as I have 100% response rate, 100 % delivery rate and 5 star account rating . 

What should I do as my gig is de ranked and I am not receiving orders.

Hi @noordesigner0, the quality metrics for Promoted Gigs are based on a "match score" that Fiverr gives to each seller. This quality is based on "gig appearance quality" and "gig delivery quality." See article below for more details. The link to the Help Center is from the Promoted Gigs section:
