Question


Hello,

I’ve just joined Fiverr and I’ve received a couple of emails from people in response to my Fiverr gigs. My first question is, why aren’t those emails visible in my Fiverr account? I don’t mind getting email notifications, but I would like to manage all my messages in the Fiverr platform, if possible, so that I have a record of communications.

Second question, the enquiries I have received want me to follow up by contacting them through Telegram. Is normal for Fiverr gigs?

Because Fiverr removed them as spam/scam before you checked your Fiverr inbox.

No. It's a known scam. That's why Fiverr removed those messages. All the communications and materials exchange has to go through Fiverr, and anyone who wants you to contact them outside of Fiverr is basically asking you to break the rules and get yourself banned (plus, once outside of Fiverr, they're also likely to scam you).
