What are the main factors that help in matching the client as buyer request is no more available and how to deal with the Fiverr algorithm? I am not getting any notification of being matched to the client. What will be the starting price to set in brief?

Everyone, not only newbies encounter this. And that's because no one knows how the algorithm fully works. Plus, you have to realize that there are tens of thousands of active sellers in most major categories. So the chances of having the algorithm pick you are very low to begin with.

Honestly, it feels more like we are stumbling in the dark with no one knowing what exactly to do
