Can't become seller due to phone number

I've been on fiverr for a few years now and I used my phone number to open an accont. The email got hacked and I am unable to access this account now. I want to sell on fiverr but I can't due to being unable to register my phone number. Is there a way fiverr can reset this? I've already reached out to their support

The same thing happened to me when I started out; they didn't change the number for me and instead asked me to try another number.

I had the same prob could not use  my cell number to so I change to  a number I use.
