freelancemm Posted July 7, 2014 Share Posted July 7, 2014 Those are automated feedback’s that Fiverr sends out if you don’t deliver your gig on time. If they never provide the information, you should simply send a mutual cancellation and the order will either automatically cancel, or the buyer will show up again and provide you information. For the bad feedbacks you have got(the automated ones) simply provide the order # to CS and show them that the buyer wasn’t responding and they should remove them for you.
