Fiverr account suspension and customer service

Hello! Coming here to find a little bit of insight and information on something that has happened to me.

Today I woke up with the information that my account got temporarily suspended because of a violation of TOS. I have already looked up some information about that topic and contacted customer service but they still haven't asnwered to me (It happened 9 hours ago). I'm a little bit confused since I didn't have any warnings and the conversation that I guess could be flagged for the violation wasn't actually a violation (What was explained on the message sent to customer service). So that leaves me with a doubt, do I just have to wait? If they don't answer my messages that's what I guess but it's weird.

 

Apart from that, they just cancellated (The customer service, not the client) and already delivered, approved and reviewed order. I clicked on the email and when I wanted to see the reasons to it on the linked words, the link just wasn't there, what adds up to the fact that the cancellation reason on the order's page just shows up as "Cancelled by Fiverr's customer service" with no further explanation. Has that ever happened to you? I'm a little bit confused with the chaos that's going in my account today.

Customer Service has been taking up to 2 days to respond, so they are busy right now.  They will respond as soon as they can. Normally for suspended accounts, it can take up to 90 days for them to complete a review of your account.

It may be that your account and the order was found to be in violation of Fiverr's ToS. Did you receive any feedback that can give us insight into why both of this happened?

I don't think so, it went on as usually we chatted and managed to finish the desired design (I was a little bit late on delivery because of some personal reason), and after that I made some fast adjustments by chat that they didn't realize they wanted (small things that I don't mind redoing once everything's finished). They added a 5 star and long review and that ended there. 

While we were working they sent me a "Hey! I'm James from Fiverr" "Your IG is soo cool, glad to see it! What's your name? Never asked it yet!" (Or something similar), to which I just answered normally ("Hey! Thanks and sorry for the late response, been really caught up. Will send everything on fiverr now by the way 🙂 My name is Elena). And so they didn't answer to that and now the account is weirdly deleted (Instagram had that massive outbreak but I don't know). It's quite weird.
