Hello! Coming here to find a little bit of insight and information on something that has happened to me.
Today I woke up with the information that my account got temporarily suspended because of a violation of TOS. I have already looked up some information about that topic and contacted customer service but they still haven't asnwered to me (It happened 9 hours ago). I'm a little bit confused since I didn't have any warnings and the conversation that I guess could be flagged for the violation wasn't actually a violation (What was explained on the message sent to customer service). So that leaves me with a doubt, do I just have to wait? If they don't answer my messages that's what I guess but it's weird.
Apart from that, they just cancellated (The customer service, not the client) and already delivered, approved and reviewed order. I clicked on the email and when I wanted to see the reasons to it on the linked words, the link just wasn't there, what adds up to the fact that the cancellation reason on the order's page just shows up as "Cancelled by Fiverr's customer service" with no further explanation. Has that ever happened to you? I'm a little bit confused with the chaos that's going in my account today.
