You don't. Fiverr is not a get-rich-quick website. It will take time, skill, resourcefulness, and a service that appeals to your target customers if you want orders. There are no order guarantees here, on Fiverr, and you are not going to gain any just because you want them. You will have to earn them by establishing yourself as a great seller worthy of customers.

This does not guarantee orders. Fiverr is not a Google-like, SEO-base search engine. That's not how Fiverr works.
