Withdraw denied

I have been denied access to withdraw money on my account it keep telling me to contact fiverr after my account has been demoted by 2 warnings 

 What can I do because it keep telling me to  enable app withdrawal,am just a new seller and that's my first order. Can someone help me out?

What did fiverr say when you contacted them? 

The forum is just other buyers and sellers like you, we can't help you get your account back

My account is not blocked, the issue is that I can't withdraw on my account, its keep saying the withdrawal button is disabled. 

Can you help me with it?

Hi, Have you made a withdrawal already in the last 24 hours? We are only allowed one withdrawal per 24-hour period so I wondered if this might be the issue. In the event that you try to withdraw a second time within 24 hours, the message you have mentioned does appear.

In due course, once the 24 hours have expired, the withdrawal button appears again.
