raisulrana03
A few days ago after I completed order number 7, I got five-star review and nice feedback from the buyer and then my gigs were deranked at once. After that I complete two more orders (Order number 8 and Order number 9) and the buyer gives five-star reviews and nice feedbacks but still my gigs are not ranking anymore. What is the reason for this? As far as I know, if the buyer gives a 5-star review after completing the order on fiverr then the gig is ranked. So why are my gigs deranked? How to solve the problem if anyone advise me please.
sunboatrecords
All of us have a secret rating, the 'Buyer Satisfaction Rate'. Yours fell below the standard and the system flagged you as a poor seller. If all visible stats are good, it is probably due to negative private reviews. Averages are calculated in 90-day periods for gigs and 60 days for the whole profile. You have to bring in repeat or local clients to help your standing. Use the downtime to improve your services! Take an honest look at your past orders and customer service and think of what you could have done better. Think as a buyer. And some resources: And guys please use the search function. I have answered the same question at least five times in different threads these past few days. And I saw more threads which were answered by other experienced sellers.
