Why does the gig get blurred?

I create a gig in a Figme and then upload it to Fiverr. I used different options

1. Recommended image size 
   Recommended image size is 1280 x 769 px, 72 Dots Per Inch (DPI).
   Minimum: 712 x 430 px
   Maximum 4000 x 2416 px

But they all get blurry. I don't understand what's the matter? Help me, please.

What image size and image format did you use?
