From your saller  dashboard click on my business drop down menu then click gigs now you can see your active gigs.

You can check your gig's active status using this Technic. Hope I will give you a permanent solution for it. Hope it can help you.

Follow the below steps:

• Go ( Support -> Help & Support ).
• Then ( Levels, Warnings and Status -> Gig Status )
• Select your gig ( which one you want to check ) Then the result will appear.
