it happens.  this is mostly when your earnings start to reduce.. e.g if you used to earn 2000k per month and you drop to 1000k, the option disappears for a while.. this is because they use AI

If my old orders clearance is pending and I request for Cash advance, then deduction of 40% also applied on my old orders clearance or it will apply on new orders?
