Book size?

I’m a first time buyer and my illustrator completed an awesome job for me. I gave him my books size and width and I’m just wondering if the size and width can be changed without the file being affected? The size that I chose isn’t supported on kindle create.

No. If your book dimensions change, the book cover dimensions also must change.
