Incomplete Order! My buyer is not giving me requirements.

My buyer purchased my gig but they are not giving the requirement. They are not replying also. Some are offline for more than one month.

My question is what should I do now?

Keep patience or ask customer support to cancel. The cancellation will not be bad effective for your gig.

Have to be patient, i have an order like this from a couple years. The problem is that if you start the order without details, you could be penalized, just send some reminds or polite messages to remember him the order after some days/weeks.

The order hasn't yet started, so no need to panic. The clock won't start until your buyer has submitted their requirements. As well as send him some messages every few days to remind him of the order.
