  1. Thanks for your comment, although it seems to me that fiverr is not really rating issues from years ago, I deduce this from my personal experience, because the gigs where fiverr rates me, (only in 2 I see a rating in the Success Score section), are recent gigs, my best selling gigs (the previous ones they had forced me to delete them some time ago), and in both my average rating is 5, that is, without a single negative rating below 4. Even so, the rating that fiverr gives me of success score in one, was 4/10 and in another one 5/10, that prevented my average to reach the “5” needed for the first level. This also leads me to deduce another issue that seems relevant to me, trying to understand how this works, and that is that one of the points that Fiverr marked me as red, that is, that I was not doing well, was the “Conflict-free orders” section. I try to be very friendly and professional on fiverr, and my services are very direct so I do not usually have disputes with my buyers, however in recent months I remember a single case, of a buyer who demanded things beyond what I had bought, which I refused, receiving in return a lower rating than my average (although it was not so bad), and subsequent claims from the seller, which led me to ask him, politely, to stop requesting any kind of service with me. I tell this, because it seems unfair to me, that if that person, who in my opinion was acting inappropriately with me, reported me to Fiverr, it is not something I can know, nor to what I can defend myself, on the contrary, if only Fiverr already crossed out an order as “conflictive” just because of a complaint from the buyer, it is also affecting my rating, in an unfair way. I also wonder if Fiverr could also have some kind of automated system to detect conversations that go out of cordiality, and that are automatically sanctioned, even so it also seems to me quite dark, and disrespectful to sellers not to know transparently. Just a few days ago, specifically on May 6, I was finally promoted to level 1, after my success score went to 5 (one gig with 5 and another with 6, i.e. it seems that fiverr averages the rating of the gigs without rounding). Yet it still tells me that I need to improve in both gigs, particularly in the “Effective communication” item, which I have in red, I have read the guide they suggest, and although I feel I meet the recommended guidelines, it is somewhat frustrating not knowing exactly what I did wrong, and what I should do now....
  2. It is very frustrating the new level system on Fiverr and particularly their opaque, unclear and pathetic "Success Score" system; I have 8 years on Fiverr, nearly a thousand sales, 4. 8 on average and for the first time in a long time, I have had no sales in over a month. After their new level reduced me to zero, without me being able to know why, as Fiverr has taken the determination to make the rating criteria private and unclear; in the official documents, it is obvious that Fiverr intends to hide the key criteria to show this factor, and I have even tried to delve into the forum, to see if users have managed to elucidate what it is, but it all seems more confusing and frustrating than ever; I don't know when or how these criteria is updated, and it seems that much less, when no more orders or queries are arriving, today I have no choice but to put more effort in other platforms that really work, let me know the day that Fiverr returns to respect their sellers, with transparent, open and fair criteria.
  3. You cannot use "Goog1e N3ws" in gigs anymore... this is a recent change, we had this problem too, and have to be very persistent to get a concrete explanation of the reason from fvr support.
  4. Hi, a suggestion for a detail that could be improved; one of the most useful indicators for sellers, is to see how our sales evolution is going, which can be easily seen in the Analytics panel (seller_analytics_dashboard), personally I find that the monthly comparison (Yearly) is the most useful, however every time I choose this option, by default it shows the data of my first year as a seller, instead of showing the most recent year, which is obviously more useful; it is somewhat laborious to have to be changing this setting every time I want to see it; in addition, it would also be more practical to keep "by default" the most recent view of this panel, but no, every time you access, it shows again the "default" view (last 30 days) assigned by Fiverr, which is not the most practical thing I think, it is just a suggestion, thanks.
  5. Hi, i don't know if this happen to all, and neither if this happened in mobile, but in desktop, is a bit annoying that the Grammarly function, although useful, does not stop obstructing the correct display of the text when trying to write something; here in example with different screen sizes, I think it could be improved just optimizing the css.
  6. Yes, you can, that doesn't seem to violate any rule.
  7. I saw you have a good level and sales, maybe you get some tos violation or private negative report in last weeks, probably just have to keep cool and wait a few weeks to have it available again, good luck.
  8. UPDATE 2023! If anyone stil wonder about this question, now a have a clear answer. FIVERR gives a better rate! Or at least in their new system that allows you to withdraw funds in your local currency, and in the case of MXN. Just today I noticed this feature, which I really liked, and although the difference is small, it becomes another point in favor of Fiverr. Today I found that Fiverr offered me a conversion rate of 17.644375 MXN per dollar. And, this same day, withdrawing via Paypal, I received a conversion rate of 17.525625 MXN per dollar; that is slightly more convenient to convert before to my local currency, than to allow Paypal to apply the usurious conversion rates they wants. I hope you find this useful.
  9. I'm not sure if I understood the question correctly, but what I understand as "Fiverr Business Marketplace" (as defined too in faq's of main landing page for sellers https://bus.fiverr.com/solutions/top-talents-tutorial/) seems to me that it has been working for a while now (https://www.fiverr.com/business), although it also confused me with its features; a few months ago I remember I received a message that I had to meet certain requirements before a certain date to join the program, as I didn't meet everything they asked (like using a name and personal photo), I received a message that I was no longer part, but that I could resubmit request when I met the terms; I left it pending, and when I was going to proceed to make some adjustments some days ago, I noticed that I no longer had that option to submit an application, and when I searched (from incognito session in buyer mode) I noticed that my gigs were already in the Fiverr Business Marketplace; I guess Fiverr changed from an application "manual" mode, to a more automated scheme, where certain factors are measured, and automatically determines which sellers can enter the system... i guess you already are too. I think this is a good thing, since a large percentage of my buyers in recent months appear as part of the "Fiverr Business". The option to access the Fiverr Business panel, buyers have it highlighted in the top menu. Greetings.
  10. What actions, key metrics and activities do you consider to be the most important for a better position in Fiverr listings? If possible including an approximate percentage of importance of each. Maybe it will be interesting if several of us share our opinion. Here is my opinion (not 100% complete, considering that there are more factors that are not in the top 10): % of importance - Topic 15 - Repeat business score 10 - Gig design 10 - Sales (in $) per month 10 - Reviews. Number, rate and average. 8 - Social media 8 - Low cancellation rate 7 - Respond as soon and as much as possible 5 - Use of keywords 5 - Seller level 5 - Portfolio What do you think?
  11. Maybe you only had a tab with fiverr open and didn't hear the alert, that has happened to me.
  12. In the chat, beside the custom offer button, there is an icon with a camera, With that you can request a zoom meeting.
  13. I didn't know, but it seems that if I send a custom offer (in my country I only have the option to do it in usd), Fiverr automatically generates it as if it were euros, when a buyer in the euro zone receives it. Both currency are actually worth about the same today, there shouldn't be much of a mess, although there have been times when the difference is more drastic, so this could be relevant then. One buyer is asking me to make him the offer in usd (something I already did as I pointed out), but he sees it only in EUR. Why does fiverr do this automated currency exchange? Does anyone know if it is possible to make sure to send an offer, in a specific currency? Thanks if anyone knows anything.
  14. It depends on the conversion rate of your gig; some guys, doesn't get a single order, because a poor gig design, others, are making a great business, and increasing the invest in the system (personally, have a ROI of 10-15 times the amount invested). If you make your gig good enough to get a good rate, then you can feel free to push a higher bid to attract more clics. Try it, and analize your data to see how it works in your current gigs.
