Hi there, Recently I got a negative review from a new buyer. This thing happened for a misunderstanding. Now my gig is unqualified from promote gig and cannot find the gig on search results. My gig has around 900 reviews. 99% reviews are 5 star. Now what should I do?

My buyer purchased my gig but they are not giving the requirement. They are not replying also. Some are offline for more than one month. My question is what should I do now?

But I cannot understand number four requirement. My gig was running last 8 to 9 months. I cannot understand why it happened. 10 days ago my bid was $0.70. I increased my bid recently.
