The same service can be given 2-3 gig keys.Will there be any problem in my account if same service is provided? For example: Brochure design same 2 gig.

It’s against fiverr TOS to create duplicated gigs. Gigs should provide different services.

Because if one gig loses the rank then the other will exist there.If two gig are together, there will be one  or one gig rank.

It doesn't create any problem . Suppose you provide wordpress elementor service. then you can make one gig : I will design landing page by elementor pro. You can make another gig : I will convert psd, xd figma to wordpress by using elementor pro. Both service are almost same. so if buyer search landing page by elementor he/she can find your gig. If buyer search psd to wordpress then he/she will find your gig. It's a good thing to give similar gig to same sub-category but don't give same title to other gig it doesn't make any sense. Try to make some differentiation. Think as a buyer if you are a buyer how you will search for it.
