You can not promote your gig through paid promotion. but you can share your gig on social media..

Of it’s against fiverr rules then they have a reason for that.

yes, it could be but it’s against fiverr TOS. You can not do anything which against fiverr terms of service. I think you understand it.

The answer is YES! If you are promoting your services then you can use Google AdWords to market them. However, if you are promoting something that is illegal or otherwise not allowed, then you will need to find a different way to market your business.
