The client placed an order but didn't fill in the requirements so I can't start working on it. I sent a message asking for details but there is no answer. What should I do?

If the order is in “incomplete” stage then you don’t really have to do anything apart from reminding them from time to time to fill in the requirements because your timer didn’t start.

Have to be patient, you can send reminds, but some buyers do that for different reasons, this doesn't affect your rate, keep cool.
