Sending buyer request problem

I don't know I can't send buyer request. What's the problem is? I have verified all the things and my internet connection is also fine. But don't know what's the wrong. Anyone can tell me about this?

But I don't get any option for sending buyer request in contact support . What can I do now?  I didn't contact support yet.

Restart your phone and also internet connection, then try to send different buyer request, if you don't send any buyer request after do all the things, then just go to the Support and create a ticket about this, tell them the whole things you face, they will solve the problem.
