Can I ask my buyer for giving review? This is a very confusing question. Some people say we can ask buyer to give a review. But some people say It's not allow. What is correct actually? Please help me.

Any buyer didn't message me. My response rate was 91% . But now it is 89% and getting down day by day. What's the problem? I have completed 9 order and I have 9 review. 8 is 5 star and one is 4 star. He gave me a good review and said he will order my work again. But for a misunderstanding he gave me 4 star review. But he now wants to change the review. I said he should contact fiverr support. He already requested for changing his review. But my review is not changed yet. What should I do? Can I request to fiverr support to change the review. My buyer said he is new on fiverr and so he did the mistake. Please any one suggest me something. Thank you

You have lots of impression and enough click but can not get any order. The reason would be your gig is not much attractive for the buyer. Buyer search you visit your profile but do not order you for your less attractive gig. Try to make more attractive your gig image and gig thumbnail. You should edit your gig image and video.
