You need to set up new gigs then, or reactivate / unpause your old ones if you have that option.

I'm also came back to fiverr after 2 years. Now  you can attempt skill test and make some new gig and check either you got impression or not. You can also make a ticket to communicate with fiverr support .They will help you.
