Usually, you'll find the answer to such "technical" questions right in Fiverr's Seller Help Center, so it's always worth going there (Link to Help&Support is right on Fiverr main site, in your footer as well as the drop-down when you click your profile image in the top menu bar) and use the search bar there, or read yourself through the articles, can't hurt.
