Buyer poor knowledge made my gig raking effected

One of my existing customer purchased my gig suddenly. She purchased lowest gig but expectation was very high. After see that i messaged her to increased the budget and see agreed on that.

Everything going well but suddenly she messaged me, we have to cancel this order and create new one with extra price. I am going to write her no need to cancel we can add extra budget on existing order. Before sent my message she already canceled that order (Order was on late).

She asked customer support to reactivate it but i knew there are no way. My order completion rate goes down 😔

Do you generally have them submit a proposal in advance to purchase it?

So, there was every reason to cancel it if it was late. That's poor service.

As it should if you are delivering late.

So, the order was late, and cancelled? Yes, those two things will affect your seller metrics.

1. Order is late.
2. Order is cancelled.

Both these things definitely have a negative impact in one way or other? Why your order was late? Is it because that the purchased gig was for less work and you had to do more? In that case, you should already have extended the deadline.
Anyhow, there's nothing that can be done now except to remember the lesson learnt that deliver the order on time to save your metrices.
