If my gig gets flagged upon creation would my account be disabled?

I am planning on creating a gig, I'm not sure if Fiverr would allow it, can I risk it?

Then why to risk it? Why don’t you just read fiverr Terms of service to find out what’s allowed and what’s not before you create a gig? 
Fiverr is pretty strict and in some cases banning accounts right away for certain violations

If you're still unsure you could contact customer support at the help desk (https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new ) to check with them whether the service you want to create is allowed on Fiverr.
