I need help. I'm new in this international marketplace. So, my question is how to get first order from fiverr?

There is no simple answer for that. The same as everywhere else fiverr here just to provide you a place to open your store/gigs and it depends on the quality of your portfolio and how you attract your potential clients to your gigs. Just hoping that fiverr will give you an exposure might never work.
