Is there something wrong with the Order page?

I'm a Buyer and I have an active order but I can't get on the page. I keep clicking the order but it takes me to Manage Order page. Is this a glitch on the site or is there something wrong with my computer? I can't contact the help desk because I don't know the order's ID number to put in the box. Anyone know how I can fix this?
