Any kind of a communication off Fiverr is against their TOS.

 Please respect our members privacy by not contacting them with offers, questions, suggestions or anything which is not directly related to their Gigs or orders.

I am a buyer and a seller on Fiverr. Any seller who contacts me that I do not have an order with is immediately reported and gets a strike against his acccount.
