5 Star Rating but Low Buyer's Satisfaction Rating?

So I recently lost my ability to promote my gig and when I inquired about it I was told it was due to a recent decrease in my buyers satisfaction. To me this this is alarming and confusing as my customers seem very pleased with their orders and mostly leave a 5 star ratings and tips. Anyone else experience this? Is there another rating system customers give after reviewing an order?
