If Fiverr takes any seller's profile under their review or flag the profile. Will the seller can get the profile again?? Please help me.

It depends. Based on how big the infraction was, Fiverr will determine whether your account will be permanently banned, or just temporarily restricted. I believe this decision can take up to 90 days!

Will there be any benefit if I talk with the support and explain the whole thing to them?

What's there to explain? The only way contacting support might help is if you can provide the source files for the images/video/audio noted to be non-original/copyrighted.
