What is Custom offer templates?

Hello all Community, Please advise What is Custom offer templates and  that's how it works,

If you make specific custom offers frequently, you can save it as a Custom Offer template, and then when you go to create an offer for someone, you can retrieve the templates through the lightning icon on the upper right when you're in the Create an Offer screen when you're in the mobile app and reuse the same custom offer. 

I do this for a customer that I do recurring weekly orders for.

I don't think you can access the Custom Offer templates when you're on the desktop website.
