No you can't change your username. I tried to change my username but It was not possible. You can create a new account with new username. At first you have to disabled your active fiverr account.

Yes you can, though why would you delete your gig if you will just use it for a new gig?

If you are want to change your user then you have to delete your current account;; then you have create a new one with new user name
