My guess would be that the OP has created a new gig and is trying to get his first order on that particular gig.

A truly cynical person might allude that perhaps the account has "changed ownership" and the new user has yet to reap any orders from having an account with some reviews already on it. 🧐

1. Promote your Gig on Social Media and Try to find local customers that might want your service.

2.Stay online more, if you are lucky then you might get orders but the first advice worked for me.

Make a facebook or instagram page where you will post the content of your related gig, leave the link in the bio of your account. Try to get local customers that live near you.
