What happens if I am unable to verify my ID in the given 14 days time?

The ID I have is in my native language and fiverr is not accepting it. Tried twice but not working for me. I will have to wait for 6 weeks to get my smart ID card. Please tell me if the account will be disabled temporarily or permanently.?
