In my opinion, new seller and level one seller are the same thing. Sellers who respond quickly at a price the buyer is willing to pay will most often make a sale. This is why I recommend you to have a mobile version of Fiverr on your phone.

Since reaching level two, 9 days ago (which was unfortunate since I qualified 3 months ago), I've made three of my highest-paid order to date, and my customers were willing to wait for my response for a day (9-12 hours). I'm sure that there are all types of buyers, but the more-informed ones will go with more-established sellers (which may explain why I managed to get my latest orders).
